HOW THIS SITE HANDLES EVIDENCE
Editorial policy
Evidence selection
RetaBone.com cites primary sources wherever they exist: peer-reviewed trials and reviews indexed on PubMed, trial registries, regulator documents and official institutional research announcements. Every bibliographic entry on this site was verified against the original source record before publication; entries that could not be verified are dropped, not paraphrased. Headlines, dates, results and limitations are never invented.
“What it supports / what it does not prove”
Every external scientific link on this site is accompanied by a statement of what the source supports and what it does not prove. Substudy sizes, populations, durations and design caveats travel with the numbers they produced. DXA lean mass is always presented with its methodological caveat: it includes water and non-muscle lean tissue.
Established findings versus Panacea hypotheses
Published findings by independent researchers are presented as external evidence. Panacea Bio Chem research directions — including the thiamine-integration hypothesis — are labelled as hypotheses or engineering objectives under evaluation, and are never presented as demonstrated outcomes. This site does not claim that the formulation increases bone density, prevents fractures, preserves skeletal muscle or corrects any deficiency.
Corrections and evidence searches
Factual errors are corrected on the page where they appear, with the page’s modification date updated. “Last evidence search” dates are real dates, updated only when the references have genuinely been rechecked against their sources. The current evidence search date for this site is 2026-08-01.
Conflict-of-interest disclosure
RetaBone.com is published by Panacea Bio Chem Scientific Communications. Panacea Bio Chem is the developer of the Rethiamine formulation concept this site discusses, and Bogdan Dicoias is its concept and formulation architect. This relationship applies to every page and is disclosed here site-wide. Declared conflicts of individual cited studies are stated where those studies are discussed.
Regulatory and scientific notice
The information presented on this website describes an investigational pharmaceutical formulation concept and associated scientific research. Retatrutide remains an investigational molecule and is not presented here as an approved product available for public use. Rethiamine™, Reta-B1™ and RetaBone™ have not been clinically established for preventing or treating vitamin deficiency, obesity, neurological disease, muscle loss, bone loss or any other condition. The proposed 5 mg retatrutide and 20 mg thiamine composition is a proprietary Panacea Bio Chem research formulation subject to analytical, pharmaceutical, toxicological, regulatory and clinical evaluation work. This website does not provide medical advice and does not encourage self-administration or the acquisition of unapproved medicines.
